Let's Talk Behaviour

This blog is to educate, empower and possibly entertain Educational Influencers to help create ultimate job satisfaction and happy, harmonious classrooms informed by decades of proven pro-active tools and techniques.

Our passion is both behaviour and well-being therefore, it is my daily aim to help at least one Educational Influencer, and child, to love being in the classroom as much as I do.

Our vision is a world where teachers can 'just teach' and classrooms are 'negative-behaviour' free, teaching Educational Influencers to be pro-active in establishing positive behaviour and creating successful classrooms that work for everyone.

Come on, lets talk behaviour..

My mission to transform Classroom Behaviour and improve Teacher well-being.

The era of baffling behaviour and chaotic classrooms are a thing of the past. It is time to face low level disruptions head on, and burst through the behaviour barriers to create happy, harmonious classrooms.

That is exactly what I am is striving for in classrooms everywhere.

Imagine a world where teachers can 'just teach' and classrooms are 'negative-behaviour' free. We are on a mission to teach Educational Influencers to be pro-active in the battle against 'negative behaviour instead of the current re-active systems and advice.

Through our courses, resources and events, we are uniting Educational Influencers everywhere by educating, empowering, improving job satisfaction, with a significant focus on Mental Health and Well-being. Our eco-system of behaviour products aim to be pro-active to the behaviour crisis rather than re-active and dealing with behaviour once it has happened.

“It is my mission to educate, empower and possibly entertain educational influencers through courses, resources and events to create ultimate job satisfaction and happy, harmonious classrooms whilst establishing communities that understand and inspire our next generation of empowerers, educators and possibly entertainers.

Our passion is both behaviour and wellbeing therefore, it is my daily aim to help at least one Educational Influencer, and child, to love being in the classroom as much as I do.”

DfE released recent survey statistics to highlight that 40.000 teachers left the profession in 2022/23, and 50% of teachers were signed off on the sick throughout the same year. They also released a recent National Behaviour Survey in June 2023 which highlights harrowing statistics for behaviour findings in classrooms such as the significant period of time that teachers spend dealing with behaviour, limited support and inadequate access to training.

Online Courses:

Our online courses are designed to equip Educational Influencers with the skills and knowledge they need to manage their classrooms effectively and reduce the time that spent dealing with behaviour. The signature course is The Classroom Transformation Programme, which considers Educational Influencers, The Environment and The Child. The main aim is to give educators time back as the latest DfE report highlights that about 2 hours a day is spent dealing with behaviour. With courses covering a wide range of topics such as The Teach to Change Model, The Power of 3, classroom management strategies and positive behaviour support, these courses provide practical strategies and techniques that can be easily implemented in the classroom.

Creating a Behaviour Community:

I personally understand the importance of collaboration and support when it comes to classroom behaviour management. To foster a sense of community among educators, we have created a behaviour community where Educational Influencers can connect, share ideas, and support each other. Through online forums, events and discussion groups, E.I’s can seek advice, share success stories, and learn from each other's experiences. This community provides a safe and supportive space for educators to learn from each other and work together to create a positive behaviour environment for all students.

Educational Influencers Mental Health and Well-being:

“To help one Educational Influencer each day,” is my vision. As an avid advocate for Health and Wellness, I am determined to reduce the number of professionals not in the classroom, or leaving the profession. We are starting a ‘Self-care Revolution’ by encouraging educators to take self-care seriously. ‘Self Care Sunday Events’ are going to run throughout the county to take care of ourselves so that we are able to take care of others.

By empowering and educating Educational Influencers, we are creating a world where every child has the opportunity to thrive in a positive and calm classroom that works for everyone.
