Our passion is both behaviour and well-being, therefore, as a teacher, author, and Foster Parent, it is our daily aim to help at least one Educational Influencer (you), and child, to love being in a learning environment as much as we do.​
We envisage a world where teachers can ‘just teach’, settings are 'negative-behaviour' free and we all feel confident to manage behaviour. We aim to keep our Educational Influencers in the profession by valuing their mental health, create environments where every child has the opportunity to learn and reach their full potential, in a calm world that works for everyone.

We are now in 87 Countries, working with Local MP's and recognised by The Government and The Department for Education for our efforts within behaviour management.
